Provide expert-level support and guidance to patients and staff, ensuring smooth communication and problem resolution.

Mentor and support junior customer support staff to maintain high service standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact for complex patient inquiries and concerns, delivering timely and accurate information.
Manage appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and billing questions with attention to detail and compliance.
Identify trends in patient feedback and collaborate with management to implement improvements.
Train and guide new team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable support team.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinic services, policies, and healthcare regulations.
Use CRM and patient management systems efficiently to document interactions and track resolutions.
Dr. Thomas Schmidt began practicing in 1984 as the youngest chiropractor in the state of Minnesota at the time. Woodbury and the Twin Cities East Metro has been home to him for over three decades.
