We're looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to shape the digital experiences we create for our users. You'll own the design process from research through delivery, working closely with product, engineering, and stakeholder teams. Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for digital products, from discovery through delivery
Conduct user research, synthesize findings, and translate insights into design solutions
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma or equivalent tools
Ensure all designs meet WCAG accessibility standards and best practices
Present and communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders and non-design team members
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to refine and implement solutions
