The Role & Its Importance
We operate as a small, focused team that values thoughtful execution, honest conversations, and autonomy. As a Senior Process Architect, you will be the bridge between what people say happens, what actually happens, and what the future-state workflow needs to become.
Responsibilities
● Lead end-to-end discoveries and map out client processes in a way that’s both useful and actionable
● Analyze root causes and translate operational observations into structured requirements for the necessary interventions
● Build or co-build lightweight prototypes with client teams and our specialists
● Redesign workflows and work with client operators to test out new workflows, resolve day-zero frictions, and refine the operating model without losing trust
● Define metrics for cycle time, delay causes, handoff quality, adoption, compliance, and measure impact at the granular intervention level
● Partner with cybersecurity and compliance specialists to ensure redesigned workflows have controlled access, audit trails and data governance
● Create assets that client teams can actually reuse — playbooks, custom instructions, implementation notes, handover materials and more
