If you have experience in sourcing candidates and managing recruitment processes, this is a great opportunity to work flexibly while earning attractive commissions on successful placements.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and personal networks.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Submit quality candidate profiles within the required timelines.
Ensure a positive candidate experience.
Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.
Freshers with excellent sourcing skills and a strong interest in recruitment may also apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, or other sourcing platforms is an advantage.
