About the Role:
Jaro Education is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executives with prior EdTech sales experience. If you have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to achieve targets, we'd love to connect with you.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through inbound and outbound channels.
Counsel prospective learners regarding professional and executive education programs.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Conduct telephonic and virtual counselling sessions.
Convert leads into successful admissions while achieving monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
Eligibility Criteria:
1–4 years of experience in EdTech Sales / Inside Sales / Business Development.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong sales mindset with target achievement experience.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Compensation & Benefits:
CTC: ₹4 – ₹8 LPA
