About the Role
We are looking for a passionate, self-motivated, and results-driven Business Development Executive to help grow our client base. This is a commission-only opportunity, ideal for individuals who are confident in sales, enjoy building relationships, and are motivated by performance-based earnings.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and connect with potential clients.
· Generate quality leads and convert them into paying customers.
· Build and maintain strong client relationships.
· Follow up with prospects and support the sales process.
· Attend a weekly> to discuss progress and updates.
Compensation
· Commission-based role>
· No fixed salary or stipend.
· Attractive commission will be paid for every successful client conversion.
· Your earnings are directly linked to your performance—the more clients you bring in, the more you earn.
