About Teambl
Teambl connects early-stage founders ("Builders") who need real help but can't yet afford to hire, with early-career talent ("Career Builders") who need real, verifiable startup experience. We run this through a structured 90-day sprint engagement — no salaries, no simulations, real work with a real exit path at the end: a clean close, a paid role, or a founding-team seat.
We are in manual validation mode. There is no app yet — there's a founder, a Notion pipeline, and a growing set of real matches. You'd be joining at the exact moment we're trying to prove the model works.
The Role
Teambl's entire public voice runs through>
This is not a content or social media role. It's an operating role. Your single measure of success is how many real matches get started, how many of them finish, and how many turn into something more — a paid role or a founding seat.
What You'll Do
Builders — roughly 80% of your time
• Build and maintain a manual outreach list of early-stage founders (LinkedIn, founder communities, free/no-cost tools — no paid lead-gen software).
• Run 15–20 targeted, high-value comment interactions daily on founder posts to open real conversations.
• Send founder-side DMs using an approved outreach framework — you don't need sign-off on each message,>
• Answer routine questions yourself; flag anything technical or strategic to the founder directly.
• Move interested founders into the Notion pipeline and keep their stage current.
Career Builders — roughly 20% of your time
• Respond to inbound interest generated by the founder's content — this side is largely self-acquiring.
• Run light, targeted outreach using a separate, approved Career Builder framework (different pain points, different proof points than the Builder side).
• Keep the Career Builder side of the Notion pipeline current — applications, matches, sprint status.
Content — built from what's actually happening
• Draft 5 posts/week in the founder's voice, built from his real notes, questions, and in-progress work from the week prior — not generic content themes.
• Submit the week's batch for review; the founder has a 24-hour review SLA and gives final approval on every post before it goes live.
• Leave room for>
Pipeline & reporting
• Own the Notion pipeline as the single source of truth for every match, from first contact to certificate issued.
• Send a short weekly report against the 90-day target (see below) — no exceptions, even in a slow week.
• Flag stalled matches early — a quiet pipeline is a problem to raise, not to wait out.
What Success Looks Like — Your First 90 Days
The end goal of this role is Teambl's own proof-of-model bar: 50 completed matches, a 70%+ completion rate, and 5 Career Builders with a real offer directly attributable to Teambl. Because every match runs a 12-week sprint, most of what you start in these 90 days will complete after them. Your 90-day target is therefore about what you can control now:
New matches signed
Target 30–50 signed engagement agreements (Builder + Career Builder paired and started) within the 90 days.
Pipeline health
Every active match has a current, accurate stage in Notion — no stale entries, no unknown status.
Response discipline
Builder DMs and comments answered same-day; no lead sits untouched more than 48 hours.
Contribution to the 70% bar
Matches you originate should complete at a 70%+ rate>
Contribution to offers
At least 1 of the 5 target attributable offers traceable to a match you personally ran.
What We're Looking For
• Comfortable writing in someone else's voice — you'll ghostwrite constantly and need to disappear into it.
• Genuinely organized — the Notion pipeline is the job as much as the outreach is.
• Not precious about ownership of the content credit; you're building the engine, not the brand.
• Direct, unafraid of cold outreach, and comfortable with rejection at volume.
• Interested in startups, hiring, or career development — you'll understand the pitch faster if you already feel the pain on>
• Available for a real 25hrs/week — this is not a role that works squeezed into gaps.
• I especially encourage entry-level candidates who are looking for a strong start to their careers to apply for this role.
