Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities and ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

• Lead, mentor, and develop operations team members; conduct performance reviews and identify training needs

• Monitor operational metrics and KPIs; implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs

• Coordinate with cross-functional departments (maintenance, safety, planning) to optimize workflow and resource allocation

• Manage budgets, schedules, and resource planning for assigned operational areas

• Identify and resolve operational challenges; escalate issues appropriately when needed

• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of operational activities and incidents

• Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
