Enter and update information accurately into databases, spreadsheets, and company systems.
Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Organize and maintain electronic files and records.
Transfer information from documents, forms, emails, and other approved sources into designated systems.
Update existing records and correct data when necessary.
Perform routine data verification and quality checks.
Maintain organized records and follow established data-entry procedures.
Assist with basic administrative tasks related to data management.
Handle company information responsibly and maintain confidentiality.
Track assigned tasks and complete work within established deadlines.
Communicate promptly regarding missing information, discrepancies, or issues.
Work independently while following instructions and maintaining productivity.
