We are seeking a friendly and dependable Customer Support & Client Services Specialist to assist customers and provide excellent service in a fully remote environment.
Respond to customer questions through email and chat.
Help resolve customer requests and basic issues.
Maintain accurate customer information.
Follow up with customers when needed.
Communicate professionally with clients and team members.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
