We are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to join our Communication Department on a full-time remote basis. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and communication support, helping to streamline operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of our team. You'll work independently while collaborating with colleagues across departments, managing schedules, correspondence, and various support tasks that keep our organization running effectively.
Manage email correspondence and calendar scheduling for team members
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
Coordinate meetings, including scheduling and preparing agendas
Maintain organized filing systems and databases
Assist with data entry and record keeping
Support communication initiatives and internal projects
Handle general administrative tasks as assigned
Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders
