The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring smooth office operations by supporting attorneys, management, and staff. This position helps maintain organization, improves workflow efficiency, and ensures timely communication with clients and internal teams.
Efficient handling of administrative and clerical tasks

Well-organized schedules and office systems
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently
Manage incoming calls, emails, and client correspondence
Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
Prepare, format, and proofread documents and reports
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Assist with billing, invoicing, and basic administrative accounting tasks
Coordinate office operations and support team members
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive client and company information
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
