About the team:
You will be joining a team of 5 on the GTM side. The company is based in-person in SoHo, NYC.
Everyone on the team is crypto-native with experience from companies like dYdX, Uniswap, OpenSea, Magic Eden, and Zora. We have high standards for ourselves and the people we work with.
About the role:
You will own two primary functions in your role as Social Lead:
Paid ads
Sourcing and working with content creators on creatives
Ruthless A/B testing content for conversion, CAC, and LTV along with optimizing ad spend
Running fomo socials on TikTok, Youtube, Instagram
Sourcing and creating content that will live on our own socials across various platforms
Learning and re-learning the algorithms of each social media platform to convert on fomo native content
Maintaining brand consistency in voice, style, aesthetics across our social accounts
Owning brand and creative campaigns, including product announcements, growth events, etc
