Interstellar Technologies Inc. is seeking a Program Coordinator to support our Engineering department in Washington. This part-time role offers the opportunity to develop organizational and project management skills while working with a dynamic technical team.
As Program Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth execution of engineering programs and initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects stay on track, deadlines are met, and stakeholders remain informed. This position offers exposure to aerospace/technology project management in a collaborative environment.
Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and communications for engineering programs and project teams
Maintain project documentation, timelines, and status reports
Support budget tracking and resource allocation for assigned programs
Liaise between engineering teams, management, and external stakeholders
Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and database management
