Live Chat Agent - Customer Success

US Energy Windows & Door LLC is seeking a Live Chat Agent to join our Customer Success team. You'll provide real-time support to customers, answer product questions, and help resolve issues via our live chat platform. This is a full-time remote position.

As a Live Chat Agent wrking remotely, you'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our windows and door products. You'll handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently, working to resolve issues and provide product information in real-time. This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for excellent customer service and support.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
