JJ EC, INC is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Human Resources department on a part-time basis. In this role, you'll transform HR data into actionable insights, support workforce analytics, and help drive data-informed HR decisions. The Data Analyst will support the Human Resources department by collecting, analyzing, and visualizing HR-related data. You'll work with various data sources to identify trends, generate reports, and provide insights that help optimize HR processes and workforce planning. This part-time position offers the flexibility to balance other commitments while contributing to meaningful HR analytics projects.
Collect, clean, and validate HR data from multiple sources
Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports using data visualization tools
Analyze workforce metrics including recruitment, retention, compensation, and performance data
Identify trends and patterns to support HR decision-making
Prepare regular reports and presentations for HR leadership
Collaborate with HR team members to understand data requirements and business questions
Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with relevant policies
Assist with ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed
