We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company databases and systems. The ideal candidate has strong typing skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and verify data in company databases and software systems.
Review information for accuracy and completeness before submission.
Maintain confidential and sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
Organize and manage electronic files and records.
Identify and correct data discrepancies or errors.
Generate reports and assist with data analysis as needed.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure data integrity.
Meet productivity and quality standards while working remotely.
