Position Overview
Tesla is seeking an AI Data Analyst to support the development and improvement of artificial intelligence and machine learning systems across its automotive, energy, and autonomous driving technologies. The ideal candidate will analyze large datasets, identify trends and insights, develop reporting solutions, and collaborate with engineering and AI teams to improve model performance and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, validate, and analyze large-scale datasets from multiple sources.
Monitor AI model performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Support machine learning projects through data preparation, feature engineering, and performance analysis.
Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and patterns within data.
Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to improve AI-driven solutions.
Develop automated reporting processes and data quality controls.
Document methodologies, findings, and recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
Assist in evaluating and testing AI models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
