We are seeking a customer-focused IT End-User Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and exceptional service to internal and external users. This role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and application issues while ensuring a positive support experience for all users.
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, chat, and in person
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, printers, mobile devices, VPNs, and business applications
Manage and track support tickets through the IT service management system
Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, peripherals, and software
Assist users with password resets, account provisioning, and access requests
Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff when necessary
Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and procedures
Deliver professional, customer-oriented communication at all times
