- Document customer interactions and maintain thorough records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Meet established performance metrics, including response times, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing the customer experience and relay feedback to management.
- Maintain confidentiality and protect customer information at all times.
Preferred Skills:
