Sales Representative – Windows & Doors

US Energy Windows & Door LLC is hiring a Sales Representative to help homeowners and businesses find quality window and door solutions. You'll build customer relationships, conduct consultations, present product options, and guide clients through the entire sales process. We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Representative to connect homeowners and businesses with quality window and door solutions tailored to their needs, preferences, and budgets. You'll be the trusted advisor throughout the customer journey—from initial consultation through project completion—using excellent communication skills to build lasting relationships and guide clients toward the right solutions.

Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new sales leads through referrals, networking, outreach, and approved prospecting methods

• Meet with residential and commercial customers to understand their window and door needs and preferences

• Present product options, features, benefits, and pricing clearly and professionally

• Conduct in-home or on-site consultations and prepare accurate estimates and proposals

• Follow up with prospective customers throughout the sales process to address questions and move deals forward

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to encourage repeat business and referrals

• Meet or exceed established sales goals and performance targets

• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, quotes, and sales activities using CRM or sales software

• Coordinate with installation and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction

• Stay informed about company products, services, promotions, and industry trends
