We are looking for an analytical and curious Data Analyst to help Seattle Preparatory School make smarter, data-informed decisions. You will turn raw data into clear insights that drive product, marketing, and operational improvements. You will work closely with stakeholders across product, sales, and marketing to build dashboards, run analyses, and help teams understand what the data reveals. This part-time position offers flexibility while contributing meaningfully to organizational strategy.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
Conduct ad-hoc analyses to answer key business questions and support decision-making
Work with large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
Define, track, and communicate key business and product metrics
Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to ensure clean, reliable data pipelines
Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Document analyses and maintain data quality standards
