We are currently looking for international/foreign engineers in Japan who are interested in building their engineering careers with leading manufacturing companies.
▪ Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D CAD models of mechanical parts and assemblies using AutoCAD, CATIA, and/or SolidWorks
▪ Collaborate with cross-functional teams — manufacturing, quality, and procurement — to ensure Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA)
▪ Perform design reviews, tolerance stack-up analysis, and design verification to meet product specifications
▪ Develop and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM), engineering change orders (ECO), and technical documentation
▪ Support prototyping, testing, and root-cause analysis of mechanical failures
▪ Communicate design intent and technical specifications clearly to suppliers and production teams
▪ Identify opportunities for cost reduction, weight optimization, and process improvement in manufacturing design
