Job Description – Calling Agent Intern (Remote)
SARVD Academy is hiring motivated and confident Calling Agent Interns to connect with parents and students interested in academic mentorship.
As a Calling Agent Intern, you will contact assigned leads, understand their academic requirements, introduce SARVD Academy's programs, and schedule free counselling/demo sessions.
Key Responsibilities
Call assigned leads using the official SARVD Academy calling script.
Understand students' and parents' academic needs.
Explain SARVD Academy's mentorship programs.
Schedule FREE counselling/demo sessions.
Maintain accurate call records and update the Call Report Form after every call.
Follow up with interested leads when required.
Eligibility
Good communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).
Polite, confident, and professional communication.
Smartphone or laptop with a stable internet connection.
Freshers are welcome. Training will be provided.
Work Mode
📍 Remote (Work From Home)
Compensation
This is a performance-based internship.
💰 ₹150 for every demo session successfully booked and attended.
💰 ₹350 for every successful student enrollment through your referred lead.
There is no fixed salary. Your earnings depend on your performance and results.
