We are looking for a remote customer-first Customer Support Specialist to help our users get the most out of our product. You will be the voice of our company, resolving issues quickly and turning frustrated customers into happy>
You will work closely with the product and engineering teams to escalate bugs, surface feature requests, and ensure customer feedback improves the product.
What you'll do:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
Troubleshoot product issues and guide customers to solutions
Document common issues and contribute to the help centre knowledge base
Escalate complex technical issues to the engineering team
