You’ll be the bridge between SMS Consortium and its international partners — ensuring smooth operations, professional communication, and reliable service delivery, while building a rewarding career in global telecom.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with partner carriers, and fellow colleagues to deliver impactful features. You will take ownership of technical challenges and contribute to architectural decisions that shape the future of our platform

What you'll do:
Manage Global Carrier Relationships – Coordinate VOIP routes, negotiate pricing, and maintain professional communication with international partners.
Ensure Seamless Operations – Support our Network Operations Centre (NOC) by monitoring systems, handling daily follow‑ups, and ensuring uninterrupted service.
Communicate Professionally – Use clear English (spoken & written) to represent the company in global interactions.
Leverage Technology – Work with essential tools like MS Excel, Word, Email, WhatsApp Web, and MS Teams to manage tasks efficiently.
Adapt & Contribute – Thrive in a fast‑paced environment, primarily in UK day shifts (with optional night shifts), and step up when business needs demand extra effort.
