We are looking for a DO160, Power Quality Qualification Engineer with 5+ years of experience in Aerospace electrical testing and compliance. The role involves qualification of Aerospace and aircraft electrical equipment in accordance with RTCA DO160, MIL-STD-704, MIL-STD-461, ABD0100
Responsibilities:
Perform aircraft power quality tests including surges, spikes, under-voltage/over voltage, frequency variations, power interruptions, ripple, harmonics etc
Work with 3 phase , 115 VAC aircraft power systems including 400 Hz AC generation and distribution behaviours
Develop and execute qualification test plans and procedures for LRUs and electrical systems
Analyse data, troubleshoot failures, and work with design teams to drive corrective actions
Prepare qualification reports and support customer reviews, audits,, and certification process
