Job Purpose
Support Eskar’s dispensary operations by maintaining accurate inventory and operational data, preparing reports, analyzing trends, and providing reliable information to management for business decision-making.
Collect, enter, maintain, and validate inventory and operational data within Eskar’s digital inventory tracking and point-of-sale systems.
Conduct physical inventory audits and reconcile physical counts with digital inventory records.
Prepare recurring weekly inventory and operational reports for management.
Extract data from seed-to-sale and other business systems and transform it into clear reports, charts, and graphs.
Analyze inventory trends, identify discrepancies, and communicate findings to managers and owners.
Monitor data accuracy, completeness, and consistency and investigate discrepancies when identified.
Support management with ad-hoc reporting and analysis related to inventory, sales, and operations.
Use Microsoft Office and spreadsheet tools to organize, manipulate, analyze, and present data.
Maintain accurate documentation and records while following applicable company procedures and regulatory requirements.
Troubleshoot routine issues involving computer hardware, POS systems, inventory-tracking systems, and related peripherals.
Communicate analytical findings and reports clearly to management and other team members.
Apply strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills in a regulated, high-volume operating environment.
Work Location: Eskar Dispensary, Northbridge, Massachusetts.
