You'll process invoices, maintain payroll records, and ensure accurate financial documentation for our organization.

In this position, you'll play a key role in managing financial documentation and payroll processes that keep our organization running smoothly.
Process and verify invoices for accuracy, coding, and compliance with company policies
Maintain organized records of payroll transactions and supporting documentation
Reconcile invoice and payroll discrepancies with appropriate departments
Prepare payroll reports and summaries for management review
Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing procedures
Respond to inquiries from employees and vendors regarding invoices and payroll
Ensure all financial documents are filed and archived according to company standards
Support compliance with relevant financial regulations and audit requirements
