Samlnfratech Private Limited is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage and support daily HR operations. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee coordination, HR documentation, and maintaining smooth HR processes within the organization.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, and interview coordination.
Source and attract suitable candidates through various job portals and platforms.
Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate with hiring managers.
Maintain employee records, HR files, and documentation.

Assist in attendance, leave management, and employee database updates.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Handle HR-related queries and provide employee support.
Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Ensure HR policies and processes are followed effectively.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.
MBA (HR) / BBA / Graduate in any discipline.
