Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels in a timely and professional manner
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to appropriate departments when needed
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in company systems
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to management
Follow company protocols and quality standards for all customer interactions
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer concerns
Meet performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores
